As Director of the Fighting False Solutions program at CS Fund, Eleni brings expertise in program development, grantmaking strategy and philanthropy infrastructure, filtered through the lens of equitable and systems change-centered principles and practices. She has spent nearly three decades advancing innovative and collaborative programs in environmental philanthropy and NGO networks, having most recently served as a donor advisor and as Senior Program Officer at the Garfield Foundation, overseeing the Foundation’s Sustainable Water Management portfolio and, through the Network Support Grants program, helping grantees effect tangible systems change through deep alignment and collaboration.
Previously, Eleni held leadership roles in the global sustainable production and consumption and environmental health spaces, including the New Economy Funders Network and the Collaborative on Health and the Environment. Eleni holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and a master’s degree in Communication from the University of Delaware.
